Well it starts with Jen Dr BISS's office girl who is such a great listener and puts you right at ease when you know that you are going to have to have an injection in your foot which doesn't give you a warm fuzzy feeling at all but she makes it so much more palatable! And then Dr biss himself is also so understanding and has a great sense of humor! But the best part of it is that they explain everything before they do what they're going to do and the bottom line is that the actual intrepidation that you had built up in your mind ends up not being nearly as bad when they do the procedure. My experience has been wonderful the couple of times I've been here and I would definitely recommend checking out Dr BISS and his very kind and conscientious staff for your next time that you have a foot problem!

They were able to squeeze me in within a day when I mentioned I had trouble walking. Then when I got there, I was in and out in less than an hour and they gave me a foot to help me be able to walk around. Highly recommend if you have any foot issues
