Dr Biss and his staff are very personable. I liked Dr. Biss and was pleased initially with the treatment that I received under his care. I had severe arthritis in both big toes and after injections had stopped working, surgery became necessary to fuse the joints in both toes. the surgery was a success and Dr. Biss did an excellent job in this. The follow up, however, was less than acceptable. I felt like once the surgery was complete Dr. Biss no longer wanted to listen to any feedback. I had extreme pain and issues with the next toe over from the toe operated on, but he wanted to hear nothing of it. He simply dismissed my concerns by saying it will get better in time, see you in 4 weeks. Well, now I am seeing a new podiatrists for that issue in the next toe over ( drop toe) and I am back to square one: not being able to accommodate stairs or walk long distances without immense pain. In summary, I feel that Dr. Biss needs to listen better to his patients when things are not going well or as planned. I also noted on my last three visits that he was overbooking himself to the point that I had to wait no less than 30-45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to be able to get in to see him.

Jen is very friendly and courteous and always reminds me of my upcoming appt. Dt Biss is excellent at what he does and personable to me. Treats me wiith a warm and friendly manner.

Staff is always kind and respectful! I am on my feet 40 to 50 hours a week at work and I wouldn't be able to do my job without Dr.Biss's care to my feet.
